These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the US Certified Peptides website and services. By using our website, creating an account, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility and Researcher Verification

US Certified Peptides products are sold exclusively for laboratory research use by qualified research professionals. By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age
• You are a qualified research professional with institutional affiliation, research credentials, or professional standing in life sciences research
• You will use the products solely for laboratory research purposes
• You will not use the products for human consumption, diagnostic application, therapeutic use, or veterinary application
• You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer products to unqualified parties

We reserve the right to review accounts for researcher eligibility and may request documentation including institutional ID, research credentials, or professional licenses. Accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements may be denied or terminated.

Research Use Only

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY US CERTIFIED PEPTIDES ARE INTENDED STRICTLY FOR LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. They are not intended for human consumption, diagnostic application, therapeutic use, or any other application involving human or animal subjects. Products are not FDA-approved drugs, dietary supplements, food, or cosmetic products. Any use outside laboratory research is at the user's sole risk and responsibility, and is expressly prohibited by these Terms.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access or security breaches
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share account credentials with unauthorized parties

Orders, Payment, and Shipping

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Payment is required at the time of order. We ship via tracked, cold-chain courier where applicable. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the research-grade nature of our products and the integrity requirements of the certification system, all sales are generally final. Returns are accepted only in the following circumstances:

• Products that fail to match their accompanying Certificate of Analysis (verified through QR code verification)
• Products damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation)
• Products shipped in error (incorrect peptide or quantity)

Refund requests must be submitted to orders@uscertifiedpeptides.com within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, COA documents, methodology descriptions, and certification documentation, is the property of US Certified Peptides or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or eligibility
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data not authorized to you
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our website
• Use products for any purpose other than laboratory research
• Distribute products to unqualified third parties
• Make therapeutic, medical, or diagnostic claims about our products

Disclaimers

Our products and services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in writing. We do not warrant that products will meet any specific research outcome, are suitable for any specific application beyond research use, or are free from defects beyond what is disclosed in the Certificate of Analysis. The COA reflects the testing performed at the time of release; ongoing quality depends on proper handling and storage by the buyer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, US Certified Peptides and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless US Certified Peptides and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our products shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
