Gonadorelin

Gonadorelin is a synthetic form of gonadotropin-releasing hormone, or GnRH, studied for its role in controlling the reproductive endocrine axis. GnRH is released from the hypothalamus and signals the pituitary to produce luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone. Researchers examine gonadorelin to study pituitary responsiveness, LH and FSH release, puberty signaling, fertility biology, and hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis function. The pattern of GnRH exposure is scientifically important because pulsatile and continuous signaling can produce very different endocrine outcomes. Gonadorelin is central to reproductive hormone research.
